Three entities, one operator
The name is an acronym: Agility, Complexity, Evolvability, Solution. The British company holds the UK registrations and the food distribution business. 360 XPS, in Paris, handles customs and transport on the European side. 360 Agility Complexity Evolvability Solution LLC, in Delaware, gives us standing in the United States.
Each company can act as the declared exporter or importer in its own jurisdiction. That is the whole mechanism, and it works in both directions: we can be the exporter where your supplier will not be, and the supplier where you have no company in the country.
Our own distribution brand, Food By Box, imports and supplies the British foodservice market. We use the same customs and transport chain for our own stock as we do for clients, which is a reasonable test of whether it works.
Background
360 ACES was founded by Tony Agnassia after sixteen years in international supply chain — air cargo at Paris Charles de Gaulle, then XPO, Expeditors and Bolloré, followed by temperature-controlled logistics, post-Brexit customs, and third and fourth party logistics management.
That work covered certification and customs documentation for Middle East grocery retail, and general cargo for pharmaceutical, aerospace, fashion and dangerous goods shippers. We do not present all of it as a service line. It is the reason unusual cases do not surprise us.

What we will not do
We trade business to business only. We do not supply consumers or handle retail orders.
We do not handle goods subject to excise duty, export licensing or strategic control. That means no alcohol, tobacco, weapons or ammunition, no dual-use items, no drug precursors and nothing listed under CITES.
We also decline operations where the origin establishment is not approved for the destination and no alternative source can be found. Saying so early is cheaper for everyone than discovering it at a border control post.
